    1. First, the disclaimer. "I was provided a free copy of this book. All opinions are my own." That done, HOME TO PARADISE is the third book in Ms. Cameron's The Coming Home series. It does stand alone (I haven't read the first two books in the series yet, but I do have the second one on my kindle.) but fans might want to read Return to Paradise and Seasons in Paradise first to get the other sister's stories. I did get awfully confused with conversation without tags, I couldn't follow along who was [...]

    2. on from Abingdon PressISBN13: 9781426769931My thoughts: This is a gentle story about a young woman and young man who really care for each other but whose lives aren't meshing as they would wish. For personal familial reasons, John and his two brothers had left their Amish home and community and ventured into the outside community and away from the Amish. Eventually John's two brothers returned to the Amish community and church and married young Amish women. John just couldn't seem to do this and [...]

    3. Home To Paradise by Barbara Cameron is a delightful Amish novel and I loved it. It is the third book in the coming Home series but can be read as a stand-alone.There is the theme of fathers. Our earthly fathers may let us down but our heavenly father never will. The relationship we have with our own fathers may influence how we see God. "Sometimes he felt as if God had forgotten him." God never forgets us or ignores us even if it feels like it. There are father figures within the novel who do a [...]

    4. This book is the exciting and anticipated conclusion to the Coming Home Series, and it does not disappoint. This is Rose Anna and John’s story, her two sisters and his two brothers have already tied the knot together, and Rose Anna is hoping that John will make the decision to return to their community.John going to be the hardest to get to come back, and will he ever be able to forgive his father, that would be part of being true to his faith, but he hasn’t yet decided to return and join th [...]

    5. *My Thoughts*An easy, but riveting read Home to Paradise is the perfect book to curl up with on a rainy day. From the very beginning of the story, I found myself half aggravated with/half in love with the characters. Like every inspirational romance reader, I wanted everything to work out. I wanted John and Rose Anna to have their "fairytale ending"but I also wanted to strangle Rose Anna. Her manipulation frustrated me, but Barabara did a wonderful job in showing that people can change for the be [...]

    6. Home to Paradise is a novel that really showcases how we make an impact on those around us. This is a story about coming home and the choices that we need to make that are not always so simple. Rose Anna has always assumed that she would grow up and marry John, her childhood best friend. We come into their lives with them already having had a relationship together that ended when John broke Rose Anna’s heart and left their Amish community. John is now back after tasting of the Englisch world a [...]

    7. Home to Paradise by Barbara Cameron is book three in The Coming Home Series. Barbara Cameron has written a wonderful book. A book that will touch your heart. If you love Amish fiction then this is the book for you. It is full of love, faith, hope, determination. I received a complimentary copy of this book. This review is my honest opinion. 4 stars!

    8. Reviewed at The Power of Words: bit/2m67bWvBarbara Cameron has an enjoyable writing style and the ability to craft an entertaining story. Home to Paradise is a sweet Amish story about family, predictable at times, but with a few surprises along the way. It is book #3 in a series involving romantic relationships between three brothers and three sisters, but can stand alone. Characters from the series appear, even a few characters from earlier series.John and his two brothers had left the Amish fa [...]

    9. The final book in Barbara Cameron's Coming Home series and, while it can be read as a standalone novel, I think readers will get more out of the story if they've read Return to Paradise and Seasons in Paradise first. And that's because of the overlapping characters and their history that is featured in all three novels. In fact, if you are a Cameron fan keep your eyes peeled for other characters from a previous series as well.Rose Anna is a little bit annoying. :-) I say that in the nicest way. [...]

    10. FTC: I received a free copy of this book from Litfuse in exchange for my honest review. I received no other compensation and the opinions expressed in this review are one hundred percent true and my own.Home To Paradise by Barbara Cameron was a great Amish fiction novel. As most of you know by now, I am a huge fan of Amish fiction books. Every time I see one I have to get it and read it because I can’t get enough of them. This is the third book in the “Coming Home” series. This is the firs [...]

    11. It is hard to accept it when someone you love, simply doesn't love you the way you want. Even after you have grown up with them your whole life and at one point confessed their undying love for you. But after all these years of simply being away in the English world, Rose Anna Zook can't seem to forget the man she had hoped she would marry one day, John Stoltzfus. What makes matters even more complicated is the fact that both of her older sisters have married John's older brothers. They seemed t [...]

    12. MY THOUGHTSI love Amish books. They have a warming, peaceful sense about them. This book Home To Paradise is no different. It was what I expected and more. Rose Anna Zook and John Stoltfus, this is their story. His two brothers and her two sisters are wed. But John isn't in the Amish community right now and Rose Anna wants him to come back. He is having faith and forgiveness problems. He is putting off getting into a real relationship with Rose Anna. Rose Anna has begun to look elsewhere. She is [...]

    13. I have read many Amish fiction titles over the years, so maybe my expectations for this novel were a little high, but I hate to say that I was a little disappointed with it. While the plot was interesting for the most part, I thought the characters were one-dimensional and they could have been written with more depth. The first few chapters were a little difficult for me to read as I just couldn't connect with any of the characters, though I eventually got interested with the plot and continued [...]

    14. What an amazing story of not giving up hope even when things don't look like they are going to happen. Rose Anna has watched each of her sister married a Stoltzfus brothers and has been in love with the youngest brother for a long time. Things look discouraging for Rose Anna she is about to lose hope of him joining the Amish Church. John has no yearning to return because he fears he has nothing to offer Rose Anna, even though he loves her. When something amazing happens to John will he decide to [...]

    15. Home To Paradise is Barbara Cameron's third novel in her The Coming Home Series. This book centers around the third Zook daughter, Rose Anna, and the third Stoltzfus son, John. In the first two books Lavina had married David and Mary Elizabeth has married Sam so Rose Anna is trying to find a way to bring John back to the community and to her. After chasing after John was fruitless Rose Anna decided God needed her help so she came up with a secret plan to win him over. Can Rose Anna pull this off [...]

    16. Home To Paradise is the third and final book in Barbara Cameron's popular Coming Home series. I hadn't read the first two books in the Coming Home series, but the third can definitely be read as a stand alone. The author gives a good synopsis of the series in the beginning, the end, and the first chapter of the first book is included in the back as well. The back cover says:"Rose Anna Zook has watched her two older sisters marry two Stoltzfus men and has always thought she and John, the third St [...]

    17. Nothing like I expected. Barbara Cameron is a new author for me so I didn't really know what to expect. Sadly I had in my mind another ho hum Amish romance. And I was wrong!I was totally enchanted. Maybe it's because the main settings were the horse farm that John worked at. And the quilt classes at the local women's shelter where Rose Anna works teaching classes. Horses and quilts are my two passions. It's not just a romance between John and Rose Anna. It's about the town and the people. I enjo [...]

    18. How can two people so intent on staying in their own separate world break down the walls to, hopefully, find common ground? John is determined to never go back to the Amish life style, even though it is harder than he thought and not as much fun. Rose Anna is determined to never leave the Amish community and to do what she can to bring John back.I like how Rose Anna realizes she is being manipulative and decided to let John come back on his own, if he ever does, even if it is without her help. S [...]

    19. I have enjoyed this series by Barbara Cameron so much and this book is the perfect conclusion to the series. Even though this book is part of a series, you will have no problem understanding what is going on or who the characters are as this story stands alone quite well.I enjoy the Zook girls and the Stoltzfus men so much. They are wonderful, loving people and it's so fun to read about the Amish way of life. I really like Rose and her independent ways yet her devotion to God and her family are [...]

    20. We come to the end of a great series that has enchanted us and given us a glimpse into the Zook and Stoltzfus families. I have loved getting to know them and am sad to see it end. The author has done a great job of describing Amish life and making readers feel like they are watching the story unfold before them. I love how the story flows and the delicious sounding recipes at the back of the book. Rose Ann is the youngest and unmarried daughter in the Zook home. She has longed for John for so lo [...]

    21. "Home to Paradise is the third book in the "Coming Home" series. I've read many Amish romance novels in the past and sadly this one just wasn't my favorite. It has a short translations guide, recipes and gives us a peek into the life of the Amish. It's not a bad book for those who like reading these types of books, but sadly it just wasn't for mebut that doesn't mean my readers won't enjoy is.*Disclaimer*I received a copy of this book free to review. I was not financially compensated in any way. [...]

    22. Amish fiction is one of my favorite genres to read, but as much as I love Barbara's writing, this book just could not hold my attention. I did finish it because I am reviewing it.While the story is great and I love when an Amish character is given the choice to join the church or leave the community, I felt that the romantic spark was missing from this story line. It could have been because this was the 3rd book in the series, and I have yet to read the first two.I did feel that the author could [...]

    23. About the Book:Rose Anna Zook has watched her two older sisters marry two Stoltzfus men and has always thought she and John, the third Stoltzfus brother, would marry, make a home together, and have children. But John has other ideas. He's enjoying his Rumschpringe in the Englisch world a little too much and isn't interested in returning to the Amish community--especially to marry.Rose Anna is determined to bring her man back into the Amish fold. John is equally determined to live his life free a [...]

    24. In the Final Installment of the Coming Home Series, "Home to Paradise" takes the readers to a place where we get to see how love is always worth fighting for as Rose Anna will do anything for the heart of John. You will be deeply moved as you fall in the love with the characters and the struggles they face to find one another, God and how Barbara Cameron woven a beautiful story all together. This is a one of a kind storyline. I have not read the other two books in this series, but after reading [...]

    25. Can love find a it's way back into the heart of John Stoltzfus for his community, his family and most of all the love he left behind when he left to live in town to escape his abusive father. Will Rose Anna Zook be able to move forward without John or will she be Destine to be an old maid. Barabra Cameron takes us on a journey through PTSD, Abuse, heart attack, death, family struggles all while showing great compassion through her ability to build strong family ties through Gods faith. Each char [...]

    26. How is this my first Barbara Cameron book? This is the third installment of the Coming Home series and features the youngest siblings who are yet to come together and marry. Seeing her two sisters marry into the Stoltzfus family Rose Anna is not thrilled that her ex John has left the community. He has a lot to deal with and Rose Anna has to figure out her place with or without him. This books was a great read. I loved the depth of the characters and the glimpse into their lives. Even though it w [...]

    27. The third book in the "Coming Home" series, is about the youngest Zook daughter wanting to marry the third Stolzfus brother. Rose Anna and John had dated before John left their Amish settlement for rumschringe. John unwillingly returns to their Amish settlement but still keeps some of his English ways. Will Rose Anna be able to change John's mind about marriage? What is preventing John from settling down?I have read a few Amish romance novels and nothing in this book sets it apart from other boo [...]

    28. Home to Paradise is the third book in this series. I absolutely love Amish books but this has been one of the first Amish book that I have read this year for 2017 and boy did I love it. I would definitely recommend reading the first two books in the series before you read the this one. The characters were pretty good. Barbara has a way of writing that will make you fall in love with the characters. I really loved how each couple really cared about each other. Despite what the struggles were. Th [...]

    29. What is Rose Anna supposed to do if John doesn't return to their community? After Rose Anna's two sisters and John's two brothers have married, Rose Anna continues to hope that John will choose to return to their community. But it doesn't look good. . .I love how Rose Anna doesn't give up on John. I won't say anything else, so I don't ruin the story for you, but if you enjoy reading Amish fiction, you'll enjoy this third sequel to The Coming Home series.Happy Reading!

    30. This wasn't my favorite Amish fiction. The characters seemed flat and two-dimensional to me. I didm't feel as if they were developed well. Events seemed to happen in a choppy, too-predictable way. And the ending seemed a little too neat and tidy and not very realistic.I do like the glimpse into the Amish way of life. I enjoyed the subplot of Rose Anna's work in a quilting and crafting shop for abused women. That was an interesting story line. All in all, this is an easy read that isn't very deep [...]
