    1. As a fan of Ray Stone's earlier novel, The Trojan Towers, I couldn't wait to read isia's Secret. I'm so happy that I did - and that Stone didn't disappoint. Isia's Secret is better, bolder, richer and more lively than his first novel.Enda Osin is a London journalist with a few chips on his shoulder and more than a little bit of talent for getting himself into trouble. Most of all he's a good journalist with a story to nose out. Where his natural talent runs out is where it concerns the fairer se [...]

    2. A gripping story of political intrigue, family secrets and a journalist's pursuit of the truth. Ray Stone has written a very detailed, political thriller that is accurate both historically and in modern times. It is a story that spans generations of both Greek and Turkish families and deals with the complexities of political and social turmoil and the results that ensue. It deals with the story of a man, so focussed on power and wealth, that even his own family is used as pawns in his political [...]

    3. A very interesting book that gives us an insight into life in the Turkish occupied territories of Cyprus and the Greek side of Cyprus. It has intrigue, religion and family life all rolled into one. A must to read with a good storyline and historical interest. A book that is very well put together gives us good insight into historical events.

    4. Full review at: mysterysequels/isias-secreThe book is basically a contemporary spy thriller, a genre that I quite like. Enda Osin is a columnist at Herald, a newspaper in London who’s just been demoted because he tends to be blunt in his reports, something that the powers to be don’t care for, not when they’re usually end up getting exposed for whey really are.So now Enda gets a very simple assignment and a new female partner, Jessica Du Rosse, a beautiful a West Indian woman who is litera [...]

    5. Look for the name Ray Stone, now and in the future for the best in political fiction and intrigue. ISIA’S SECRET, is Stone’s second published offering, with TROJAN TOWERS, being the first. In these days of two dimensional super heroes and poorly plotted stories it is refreshing to read an author who has learned his craft and knows how to tell a story that will keep you reading until sunrise the next morning. Enda , a political columnist for a large London newspaper, is a flawed man with an e [...]

    6. I don't read much thrillers and espionage but Isia's Secrets is a story which captivated me with wonderful human characterization. Enda, a columnist for a London newspaper who embarass the British and US governments, living with high moral ethis and expecting everyone else to be the same is now in the position of investigating a Greek Tycoon, Paul Hrisacopolis. Not at all like Enda who has a great sense of integrity, Paul Hrisacopolis is a greedy character who knows only the corrupted power throug [...]

    7. If you like political thrillers and investigative journalism, you will definitely enjoy reading "Isia’s Secret" as it is one of the best examples of this genre. Enda, a journalist, is given an assignment to write an article about a Greek tycoon, Paul Hrisacopolis who seeks Greek sovereignty for Cyprus. Although he is asked to write something ‘nice’, he decides to look deeply into Hrisacopolis’s past. He teams up with Jessica, his lovely and smart assistant to reveal the truth about Paul [...]

    8. Edna Osin, a jaded London columnist, is hauled over the coals for embarrassing the British and U.S. governments. He is told to investigate a Greek tycoon who is sponsoring the return of the Elgin Marbles to Athens. Edna is also given an assistant, the lovely Jessica Du Rosse. The tycoon is after an influential EU post which no one wants him to get, but there is a terrible secret haunting him: rumors of his dead son in love with a Turkish Cypriot girl and a bastard grandson. To uncover the tycoon [...]

    9. I thought it was a fantastic read. It was an action packed read with the two heroes, Enda Osin and Jessica un ravelling a political secret that goes back to the Greek Cypriot war in 1974. We meet a ruthless shipping magnate who is willing to sacrifice anything or anyone to fulfil his political ambitions. What started as a trip to appease his annoyed editor, with Enda under instruction to write a favourable report on the magnate, became a journey fraught with danger. He and Jessica uncover the re [...]

    10. This is such a fast moving spy thriller that you almost need a ‘who’s who’ to keep up with the ever- changing list of characters. However, as it is well written I’m prepared to forgive the author on this occasion. The story is set against the backdrop of Cyprus in 1974 and takes us from there to the present day passing through Turkey, Greece, the South of France and various other locations that are described in such detail that the reader feels immediately transported there.I enjoyed the [...]

    11. My first review by an editor from California on my latest book - Isia's Secret - the first in a series of Enda Osin Mystery Thrillers. An intelligent and interesting political thriller, with historical and current events and situations utilized flawlessly to create a building intrigue to a nervous suspense. A wonderful visual created throughout on the sea and ports of the Mediterranean. The author injects light-hearted sarcasm through one character, so that the compelling intrigue is relieved by [...]

    12. I found myself flipping the pages back and forth to review things again to see if I could imagine what was going to happen next and keep track of the twists (I love that). I had to force myself to slow down so I could enjoy the read but it was hard because I just wanted to know "what was going to happen next". I'm going to Cyprus day after tomorrow and am looking forward to visiting places and thinking back on the story. I was ecstatic to learn that author Ray Stone is going to keep bringing us [...]
