    1. I think it's cool that this comic features a rock legend but unfortunately that was probably the best thing about it. I felt like it was poorly structured and it was a little confusing to follow so I didn't really enjoy it a lot. The artwork was pretty cool. I think the artwork was much better than the story. If the story was executed better, I probably would have given it at least a 4 star rating. I probably would read another comic by Joe Harris but if it's story is all over the place too then [...]

    2. A comic about Alice Cooper "The Lord of Nightmares"! I mean the story felt a bit eh what's going on here, but it's freaking Alice Cooper, and that's so cool. Now I'm just wondering where is my Freddie Mercury comic? I want it now!

    3. Where's the fun in buying someone Alice Cooper oddities for their birthday if you can't have a wee gander yourself first? Alice Cooper is no stranger to the dark and twister, but here, in his first comic series, he's 'The Lord of Nightmares'. He watches over you as you dream, he delivers horrors to those who deserve it, but someone has taken that away from him, and he wants his throne back. And, frankly, it's Sandman meets Alice Cooper, let's be honest. Is it going to be the next comic sensation? [...]

    4. This review was originally posted on my blog BrizzleLass.Like most people who love heavy metal, I’ve grown listening to Alice Cooper. His music is a staple in my diet. His stage costumes and theatrics along with his lyrics are just begging for a comic series to be written and here it is.This is the compilation of the first comics in the series and they are so enjoyable. Taking the fun and theatrics which Alice Cooper is known for in real life, this graphic novel introduces him as the Lord of N [...]

    5. I received a free copy from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.I really enjoyed "Alice Cooper Volume 1". Almost instantly I was reminded of "The Sandman" series by Neil Gaiman. I only ever remember listening to maybe 2 Alice Cooper songs growing up so I'm not really familiar with the whole Lord of Nightmares concept in relation to him. Regardless, it didn't really affect my ability to read the book. I immensely enjoyed the artwork. The only thing I did not like was the addition of the ol [...]

    6. Beautiful artwork, intriguing plot, demons, and the Lord of Nightmares: Alice Cooper. What's not to love? Fantastic new series featuring a rock and roll legend as the main character. Whether or not you are a fan, this is an intriguing comic in a similar vein to Sandman.
