    9. I really learned a lot from this book. It is easy to understand and there are a lot of great points for great health. There is a great survey to see where you are really at, and gives guidance on your transition process. It is a great book for anyone who wants to improve their health, get off of nuisance medications, and feel better.     10. From this book I learned, or really reencountered, the idea that middle age weight gain might not be from a slowing metabolism. It might be from enzyme depletion. Eat raw foods and drink fresh pressed juices to replenish your enzymes.
